Packagingon.com does not sell or share customer information with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to display or distribute complimentary samples of completed products, including printed packaging, on our website or marketing materials to demonstrate the quality of our work.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any content, artwork, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, or other materials that you upload, submit, or provide through our website.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the submitted material or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.

  • Your content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.

  • Your content is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, misleading, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

  • Your content does not contain material that promotes violence, hatred, racism, harassment, or any activity harmful to minors.

Packagingon.com does not monitor all user-submitted content and is not responsible for materials uploaded by customers. However, we reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

We may disclose user content when required to:

  • Comply with legal obligations or court orders.

  • Enforce these Terms.

  • Protect the rights, safety, or property of PackagingOn.com, our customers, or the public.

  • Respond to claims involving intellectual property infringement.

Eligibility

By using Packagingon.com or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • You possess the necessary rights and permissions to purchase customized products using the submitted artwork or content.

Privacy Policy

Your use of Packagingon.com constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Packagingon.com, its owners, employees, affiliates, directors, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your submitted artwork or content.

  • Any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Your misuse of our products or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packagingon.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Return & Replacement Policy

Since all products are custom manufactured, orders are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they contain manufacturing defects or production errors caused by PackagingOn.com.

If you believe your order contains defects:

  • Notify us within 3 business days after delivery.

  • Provide clear photographs showing the issue.

  • If requested, return the defective products within 7 business days at your own shipping expense.

After inspection, if the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will reproduce the original order at no additional charge.

Refunds are generally not available for custom products.

Accelerated production and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payments

All prices displayed on Packagingon.com are in United States Dollars (USD).

Production begins only after:

  • Full payment has been received.

  • Final artwork has been approved.

  • All required order information has been submitted.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and additional service fees will be included where required.

Order Approval & Cancellation

Customers must approve the final digital proof before production begins.

Once production starts, changes cannot be made to:

  • Design

  • Product specifications

  • Shipping information

Cancellation Policy:

  • Within 4 hours after final approval: cancellation fee of $25 plus 10% of the order value.

  • Within 12 hours after order placement: 35% of the order amount will be charged to cover design, labor, and material costs.

  • Orders cannot be guaranteed for cancellation after 12 hours.

Delayed Orders

Packagingon.com strives to meet every committed delivery date.

However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Supply chain disruptions

We will make every reasonable effort to keep customers informed throughout the shipping process.

Design Services

Packagingon.com provides complimentary design assistance for many packaging orders.

If design work has been completed and the customer later cancels the order, Packagingon.com reserves the right to charge for design services based on the time and work invested.

Standalone design services are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes will be collected where required by law.

Customers claiming tax exemption must provide a valid tax exemption certificate before placing an order.

Customer Artwork

Customers are encouraged to submit artwork in:

  • CMYK color mode

  • Minimum 300 DPI resolution

  • Print-ready format

Packagingon.com is not responsible for printing issues resulting from customer-supplied files, including:

  • Low-resolution images

  • RGB color files

  • Incorrect fonts

  • Missing bleed

  • Incorrect dimensions

  • Poor file quality

Customers retain ownership of their artwork and confirm they possess all legal rights necessary for reproduction.

Packagingon.com reserves the right to reject any order containing unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

Proofs & Color Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.

Please carefully verify:

  • Spelling

  • Grammar

  • Layout

  • Dimensions

  • Colors

  • Product specifications

Because of variations in printing processes, substrates, and monitor displays, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Customers requiring exact color reproduction should request a paid hard-copy proof before production.

Printing Errors

Packagingon.com is not responsible for customer-approved errors including:

  • Misspellings

  • Grammar mistakes

  • Incorrect graphics

  • Improper sizing

  • Missing bleed

  • Transparency issues

  • Overprint errors

  • Incorrect fold lines

  • Crop marks

  • Die lines

Once approved, files proceed to production exactly as submitted.

Quantity Variations

Due to industry-standard manufacturing tolerances, delivered quantities may vary by up to ±5%.

Where possible, Packagingon.com will provide additional units at no extra cost.

Production & Shipping

Production time begins only after:

  • Payment has been received in full.

  • Artwork and files have been submitted.

  • Final proof has been approved.

  • All required order information has been received.

Production turnaround does not include shipping time.

Shipping times vary depending on carrier, destination, customs clearance, and seasonal demand.

Certain packaging products may be manufactured at approved international production facilities while maintaining our quality standards.
