Customer Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for selecting Packaging On to serve you with your unique packaging needs. We expect that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, in the event that you do need to return an item, please go through the self-explanatory policy outlined as follows.

  1. Return Period

Our Customer Refund and Returns Policy begins at the date of purchase and is valid for 30 days only. After 30 days, it is impossible to provide either a complete refund or an exchange.

  1. Reason why return is requested

To request a return you must satisfy the following conditions:

Not in use and in the condition that one received it.

Original packing from the seller is intact.

Proof of purchase, receipt or packing slip is included.

  1. Non-returnable Items

As a result of the uniqueness of our products there are certain items that are non-returnable:

Packaged Products (this includes custom boxes, custom promotional items or promotional printed products).

Unopened products that have been used.

Customer damaged items or items that have been lost because of faulty customer handling.

  1. The Refund Procedure

On notification that your item has been returned and after the item has been assessed, we will respond to you through email indicating whether your appeal has been approved or not.

In the event that the request is approved, which is likely to happen most of the time, then a refund will be in motion and the client within a number of days specified will have the refund processed and the amount credited back into their initial form of payment.

  1. Partial Refunds

The following cases allow the company to grant a partial refund:

Damaged items such as those used, or with signs of usage.

Returned items more than 30 days after delivery.

Items, which are altered from the original condition, are broken or do not include all of the components, and they are not our fault.

  1. Sale Items

Sale items are considered bad loans and there seems to be no consideration given to the availability of these items in the future. For an item to be eligible for a refund, its price must not be on sale.

  1. Exchanges

Only damaged items will be exchanged. To exchange a damaged or defective item, send your query to [email protected]. The item should then be posted to the following address:

  1. Shipping Returns

For the return, write to:

Return shipping is your responsibility, and the costs are non-refundable in nature. Where a refund is granted, return shipping expenses shall be netted off from the amount of the refund.

For items that are worth more than the balance amount that will be refunded, it is advisable to use a shipment service that has tracking capability or one that has shipping insurance as we cannot assure you of the return of your item.

  1. Scheduling an In-Person Visit

For order discussions, parents or guardians may wish to come in, however, they must first schedule an appointment. Walk-in visits are not entertained.
